How to change the location of the Taskbar on Desktop in Windows 7

You can change the location of the Taskbar on Desktop in Windows 7. You can place it either at the bottom, on top, left or on right border on the Desktop.

To change the location of the Taskbar on Desktop, follow these simple steps:

1) Right click on the Taskbar and select Properties option


2) In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window select Taskbar tab


3) Now choose the position of the Taskbar from the dropdown list corresponding to Taskbar location on screen statement as highlighted in the above figure

4) Click Apply and then OK button
