When a system is opened in Safe mode then only basic devices and services are loaded.
To always open system in Safe Mode in Windows 7 follow these simple steps:
1) Open Start menu and type msconfig in the search box and press Enter key
2) In the System Configuration window select the General tab and click on the dot Diagnostic startup
3) Click Apply and then OK button
4) You will then be asked to restart the PC now or later. Choose as per your convenience
