Ever had a problem setting up USB mass storage devices (ex. flash drives, thumb drives, external hard disks) on a windows 98 system? I always store my files/installer/software tools in a flash drive. SO whenever i need to repair a computer, i just plugged in my flash drive. It saves time and money doing this.
The problem is, there are still some people who owns a Win98 machine. So i need to burn my software tools just to repair them. Until i stumbl a nice tool/driver, which is the Generic USB Windows 98 Driver or Generic WIndows 98 Mass Storage Driver. As you can see, it is not just for flash drives but for external hard disk as well.
Here are the download links, one for Win98 First Edition and the other one is for SE:
Generic Win98 FE Mass Storage Driver
